The JCA Mauvernay Award / Japan

On October 29, 2008 Debiopharm Group and the Japanese Cancer Association (JCA) will honour  two Japanese scientists with the JCA Mauvernay Award for their outstanding oncology research work in fundamental and clinical oncology.

The Award, funded by Debiopharm and organised by the JCA, aims to recognise cutting-edge oncology research in both the fundamental and the clinical aspects and to encourage Japanese researchers to make their work available to other parts of the world. Potential Candidates must be researchers and members of the JCA who have been recommended by the councillors of the JCA and who have achieved excellent results in the fields of either basic or clinical research in oncology.
