Debio  0928 is a small molecule inhibitor of Raf1-Rb interactions. Raf1 is a key signalling kinase in the MAP kinase pathway, which is frequently activated in tumours due to mutations of signalling proteins or absence of negative regulatory feedback mechanisms. Inhibitors of Raf1-Rb interactions have shown efficacy in mice in various tumour xenografts.
